#4 is located in downtown on a wet day . .

Another ASTK sighting on Menzies Street in James Bay. Maybe one day the mysterious "Portraiteer" will be spotted placing the works on the telephone poles . . Thanks who ever you are . . it adds to my walks to see if I can spot an ASTK.
